Pianist

Hi, my name is Cristiani Rondon and I'm a Junior instrumental major at Fordham High School for the Arts. I'm a self taught pianist and have been the playing for 6 years now. I've had a passion for music as long as i can remember, my earliest memory of music is when I started messing around with my older sister's ipod and managed to play some Beyonce. My mom loves to play music as she cleans and seeing the joy it brings her made me realize how much happier people get when there's good music to share. Being in my school band has taught to be attentive, be a team player, and most of all to enjoy playing music and how to make the audience enjoy it too.

I enjoy playing video games, learning about science and history, and listening to music in my spare time. I also like to take pictures of things that catch my eye. My favorite artist is Cochise and my favorite game is Metroid Fusion due to the amazing environmental storytelling and exploration it provides.

In the future, I hope to be a forensic scientist and use that to fund my music career.

As strong as roman concrete for as much as life throws at me, I heal and become stronger than before

I am the moon

For I make waves in silence, lure you in with my charm, and do not test me for I can be a force to be reckoned with

I am a song

That changes with the way I feel and makes myself be heard in ways you wouldn't fathom

I am a talker

Peak my interest and my mouth will flow as freely as my thoughts want to be

Despite the flaws I present, despite my insecurities, though sometimes i crumble I am so much more than what you see

For I am
